In...Our Aiden is having some oral motor issues too. In the beginning he had no problem with the /p/, /b/ and others, but now they're omitted in the beginning and middle (apple is ahle, pop is more like tahp), but he usually does fine with them at the end. His high frequencies are on target, it's the lower ones we've been struggling with getting right on his maps. We're thinking he's also having motor planning problems, because words he says perfect in isolation, come out all jumbled when he puts it in a 2-3 word sentence. <br /><br />I would love to share ideas. We're trying to get the wh answers/questions going too and verb tense. I need to post more what we're working on and where Aiden's at in his speech production. <br /><br />Oh, and I totally get the fitting in therapy thing. Life is so busy with three kids!
